Where will my vehicle be taken?
Unless instructed otherwise, your vehicle will be towed to Ernie's Towing secure compound at 4801 Minto R.D Our office may be contacted at Phone#250-365-6225 Fax# 250-250-2376
Our yard and office are open Monday to Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Your Insurance Company will estimate the vehicle in our compound to determine damages. If repairable they will arrange to have your vehicle taken to repair facility of your choice. If not repairable they will arrange for disposal.
What if I don’t have Insurance?
If you are not covered by Insurance you will be responsible for the recovery, towing and storage charges. You will have to arrange for repairs and or disposal. You may have the vehicle towed to another destination, but you will be expected to pay at the scene or at the time of delivery for services rendered.
How do I get my personal property from the vehicle?
During normal business hours we will release personal property to the registered owner of the vehicle. Unless we receive written and signed authority from the registered owner, we will not release property to anyone other than the registered owner.
We will not release property after hours or on weekends unless prior arrangements have been made and/or extenuating circumstances exist. Example: Perishable goods or medication etc.
Only those persons with identification and proof of ownership will be escorted into our secured lot.
